Edreams se estrella


Ya sabéis que, como el nombre del blog indica, me gusta invertir en activos muy infravalorados/severamente castigados.

Me encuentro con un valor que cae hoy un 33% : EDREAMS ODIGEO, cotiza en el mercado continuo.
Debutó en bolsa el pasado 8 de abril en 10,25 euros.Hizo máximo el 13 de mayo en 11,90 eur.
Hoy ha marcado mínimo en 5,72 eur.Su capitalización ronda los 620 millones de euros.

Me pregunto: ¿una acción puede fluctuar entre 12 y 6 euros en apenas 2 meses?¿qué ha pasado?

Europe’s largest online travel agency group has also increased net sales by 15% and its results continue to grow

Barcelona, 20 June 2014: eDreams ODIGEO (www.edreamsodigeo.com), the largest online seller of flights in the world and Europe’s largest e-commerce company in terms of profits, finished the 2013/2014 fiscal year on March 31st with sales of €4.384 billion euros. These numbers confirm the line of growth that the company has maintained, year after year, in spite of the global economic crisis. 
During this fiscal year, net sales increased by 15% and stood at €428.6 million. In addition, the growth figures of the largest e-commerce company on the European continent are particularly noteworthy outside of its traditional markets within Europe, where the net sales have grown by 26%. e-Dreams ODIGEO has also increased its EBITDA by 8%, reaching a total of €117.6 million, which has strengthened its capacity to generate resources to meet future investments and financial debt. 
Javier Pérez-Tenessa, co-founder and CEO of eDreams ODIGEO, states that “this has been an excellent year as we continue to grow globally and locally,” and that “the key result of this year lies in the strong commitment of the three pillars that the company has established since its creation: internationalization; research, development and innovation; and diversification within its business activity.” 
The year 2013 saw the execution of a strategic expansion plan: not just in territories, but for the company, as well. One facet of this was eDreams ODIGEO’s entrance into the markets of Greece and Holland, which now means that the company has managed to become present in forty-two countries, as of the end of the fiscal year. “We’ve now become the largest distributor of regularly-scheduled flights in the world, and we want to continue to expand our territorial presence to become a global leader within our category.” That’s the confidence that Pérez-Tenessa has shown in the company’s expansion plans for the company that leads, and which ended the year with 15.4 million customers, a 10% increase over the previous year. 
The company also acquired the French Liligo comparison website, one of the major search engines for travel at the European level, adding to the four brands that initially made ​​up the company. The business plan programmed for next year plans to continue with this strategy of growth by detecting business opportunities and expanding into new markets, such as the company’s recent entry into Russia.

La debilidad de los resultados del ejercicio fiscal 13/14, las dificultades de posicionamiento web en Google y un empeoramiento de las previsiones de ingresos para este año por la dura competencia. La agencia de viajes online ha explicado que la tendencia negativa de los resultados mejorará a partir de 2T de este ejercicio (fiscal 14/15) cuando las medidas puestas en marcha para aumentar la rentabilidad comiencen a tener resultados sobre el margen Ebitda. Estas acciones se centran fundamentalmente en inversión en tecnológia para reducir el impacto del cambio del algoritmo de Google, optimización del CRM y del Servicio de Atención al Cliente. En la próxima presentación de resultados (en agosto) correspondiente al 1T de año fiscal se compromete a facilitar un guidande 
cuantitativo para el conjunto del año. 



Cada uno que saque sus propias conclusiones... ....Visto lo visto en estos últimos años....¿OPVs? No, Gracias!!!
