2018 Q1 ends this Thursday for $SPX and, unless this week has a +3.3% return, will be negative (ending a streak of 9 positive quarters).
The silver lining? Since 1991, a negative Q1 has only been followed by a negative Q2 three times ('94 '02 '08)
